Returns policy

Sorry to hear that you want to return an item. If for any reason you’ve had a change of mind, or are not entirely satisfied with your product, please email us in the first instance at highlighting the reason for the return and we can share the returns address with you.

Items may be returned within 14 days of despatch, providing they are in their original condition and packaging, for a full refund. Please repack your item and don’t forget to include your name and order number within the parcel so we can identify your order upon receipt and process your refund.

If you need to cancel or alter your order and have not yet received shipping confirmation then please get in touch as soon as possible at so we can offer you a full refund (including postage) as we process orders as soon as we can to get your treats in the post to you.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is faulty or you’ve received an incorrect item. We strongly recommend
that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

Faulty/Incorrect products

Apologies if you have received an item not in the condition expected or different from what you originally ordered. We hand pick and pack all of our items, but if for some reason it has been damaged during transit then please let us know by emailing us at and we will be more than happy to replace it.

If your return is a result of receiving damaged good, we will cover the cost of all delivery charges incurred as a result. In all other scenarios where RJ Floor Store is not at fault, delivery costs will be the customers responsibility.
